Personal Training
These sessions are all about YOU. With workouts specifically designed to meet your needs, challenges and keep you working hard in order to achieve maximum results in every session.  You will have our full support and constant attention from your trainer through the week, providing you with accountability, maximum results in each session and the support to overcome any barriers you may have in your lifestyle and nutrition.

Body Analysis
After a discussion on your health, lifestyle and goals, initial assessments will be completed which enable us to coach and monitor you along the way.  This includes body composition calculating and measuring your entire body, body fat %, visceral Fat level, skeletal muscle %, body weight and Body mass Index. We also perform strength and fitness testing and assist with food diary analysis.

Losing weight and making permanent health lifestyle changes can be challenging, we can assist you with Nutritional Advice in order to achieve your goals.
