Mel is an experienced trainer who believes in empowering people to find their true potential and ensure to take time out of their busy schedules each day to do something for themselves. Come and train with Mel and you’ll never do the same session twice. Always full of variety and styles, exercises you can learn and take away and practice on your own. She has a friendly but tough attitude and approach and always makes every session fun and enjoyable. Using kettlebells, battling ropes, medicine balls, boxing, body weight, tabata and crossfit styles. Mel has experience in pregnancy training and post natal. She is a mother herself and understands the importance of looking after your body during and after pregnancy.
